Refund Policy

Fruxal Inc. (“Fruxal,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) wants you to be satisfied with our service. This Refund Policy explains when and how you may request a refund for paid subscriptions purchased through the Fruxal platform.

1. 30-day money-back policy

If you are not satisfied with your paid subscription for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 calendar days of your initial purchase date. This policy applies to the first payment of a new subscription only.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund under our 30-day policy, all of the following must be true:

  • Your refund request is submitted within 30 calendar days of the date of your first subscription payment
  • You have not previously received a refund from Fruxal for a prior subscription
  • Your account has not been suspended or terminated for a violation of our Terms of Service

3. How to request a refund

To request a refund, email support@fruxal.ca with the subject line “Refund Request” and include the email address associated with your Fruxal account. We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days.

4. Processing

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method via Stripe. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution. All refunds are issued in Canadian dollars (CAD).

5. After the 30-day period

After the initial 30-day window, subscriptions are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access to paid features until that date. No partial-month refunds are issued for cancellations made after the 30-day policy period.

6. Recovery program fees

Recovery program terms — including the initial fee, the percentage charged on recovered amounts, the 90-day refund window for the initial fee, and any annual renewal — are governed by your signed Program Agreement. Please refer to that agreement for refund eligibility on those specific charges. Once a recovered amount has been confirmed and documented, the corresponding success fee on that amount is non-refundable.

7. Exceptions

We may, at our sole discretion, issue refunds outside of the 30-day window in the following circumstances:

  • You were charged in error due to a billing system malfunction
  • You were double-charged for the same billing period
  • A material service outage prevented you from accessing the platform for an extended period

In these cases, please contact support@fruxal.ca with details and we will review your request promptly.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 14 days before they take effect.
