Fruxal is young and says so. There is no client list on this site and no results figure, because a named result needs a finished engagement behind it. What we publish instead is how the work runs, what it costs, and where your documents go.
Every line of an owner's month read, every month, so the cash clients owe gets collected, the credits suppliers owe get claimed, and nothing on a tax notice stays where it is.
Every amount we report is printed on a line in your own documents. No industry average, no percentage of revenue.
A second, separate read tries to prove each finding wrong. What it cannot settle is marked to confirm, with the question to ask.
Each finding names the client, the supplier or the notice, and comes with the letter to send under your own name.

Every client over 60 and 90 days, invoice by invoice, with days outstanding. Unapplied payments and credit notes are netted first, so no payment reminder goes out on cash already received. Each account comes with a notice, ready to send.

An invoice paid through the books and again on the company card. The same invoice paid twice under a new number. One supplier set up under two vendor records. Balances past terms, and early-payment discounts not taken. Each supplier comes with a credit note request.

Penalties and interest assessed on your notices, with the cancellation request prepared. Balances owing, and credit balances held by the authority and never claimed. Filings remain with your accountant. We make sure every item on the notice is resolved.

A monthly report, dated and locked when issued. Each finding states what was found, its supporting documents, the verification result, the steps to take and the letter to send. Documents are filed in one place, and every event is recorded in a history log.

Three roles touch a review. Each one is named, and none sees more than it needs.
The company runs the review service, is responsible for information security, and approves every invoice before it is sent. Reachable directly at the addresses below.
Each client has one representative, who receives the documents, walks the owner through the report and follows up the next month. Representatives sign a confidentiality agreement with Fruxal and cannot see another representative's clients.
Software reads every line, and a second, separate read checks each finding against the surrounding lines. It runs on an analytical API operated by Anthropic, which does not train on submitted data.

You pay for the entries we review. Nothing else.

Example: a month with 2,000 verified entries across your receivables, payables and a tax notice comes to $200 CAD.
One transaction or printed row in your documents that the review read and verified against the document. An entry it could not verify is not billed.
Each time a document is read, its entries are billed, a reread included. Send the month once and it is read once.
At the start of each month you receive one invoice for the entries reviewed the month before, listed document by document.
If a month comes to less than $50 CAD, no invoice goes out. The entries carry over and are added to the next month.
No subscription, no set-up fee, no share of what you collect. Any other fee is set only in a signed agreement. The first call is free.
Invoices are sent and collected through Stripe. Card numbers never reach Fruxal.
